Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Maglux POS subscription at any time. This policy explains how cancellation works and what happens to your account afterward.
1. How to Cancel
Sign in to your account, go to Billing, and click Cancel subscription. Alternatively, email hello@maglux.in from your registered email and we will process the cancellation within 1 business day.
2. Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (no further charges after cancellation).
- After the billing period ends, the account moves to a read-only state. You can sign in to export your data but cannot place new orders or accept payments.
- You may resubscribe at any time to restore full access — your data is preserved.
3. Free Trial Cancellation
You may cancel during the free trial without any charges. Simply stop using the Service or delete your account from settings — no payment information is required during the trial.
4. Refunds on Cancellation
Cancellation alone does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. Refer to our Refund Policy for cases in which a refund may be issued.
5. Account Deletion
To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email hello@maglux.in with the subject "Delete my account". Deletion is irreversible and will be completed within 30 days, subject to any legal data-retention obligations.
6. Cancellation by Us
We may cancel or suspend your subscription if you violate our Terms and Conditions, fail to pay, or engage in fraudulent activity. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
